Minjung is a dedicated Pilates Instructor with a strong foundation in rehabilitation and movement science.
She began her career as a certified Occupational Therapist, working for three years in a rehabilitation hospital, where she gained extensive experience in anatomy, patient care, and therapeutic techniques. Her background has shaped her deep understanding of body mechanics and injury recovery, allowing her to provide thoughtful and effective guidance to her clients.
Driven by a passion for movement and well-being, Minjung transitioned into Pilates instruction, bringing with her a strong sense of professionalism, social engagement, and responsibility.
She has also completed the Romana’s Pilates Apprenticeship Program, further refining her expertise in classical Pilates.
Beyond her technical skills, Minjung approaches both her work and life with a positive mindset, valuing diligence, reliability, and empathy.

Hyung Wook
Hyung Wook is a certified Pilates instructor and Personal trainer with over 7 years of experience, specializing in personalized and rehabilitation-focused training.
He is dedicated to helping clients improve their movement, recover from pain or injury, and achieve their fitness goals through safe, effective, and tailored programs.
As an instructor, Hyung Wook offers 1:1 personalized training sessions that include detailed body and movement assessments, customized exercise programming, and thorough before-and-after evaluations.
His expertise covers a wide range of concerns, including postural imbalances, movement dysfunctions, chronic pain, and body composition changes.
In addition to hands-on instruction, he also serves as an assistant in anatomy and exercise education, supporting both clients and fellow professionals in understanding the science
behind movement and the human body.
Hyung Wook takes pride in accurately identifying the root cause of each individual’s physical challenges and applying the most appropriate exercise solutions for lasting results.
