Dong
Remedial Massage Therapist
Dong Soo Lim is a highly qualified and compassionate remedial massage therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in both private practice and multidisciplinary allied health settings. With a strong foundation in both Eastern and Western approaches to healthcare, Dong delivers comprehensive, results-driven treatments tailored to each individual's needs.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Osteopathy from Western Sydney University. In addition, he has completed multiple diplomas through ACNT, including Remedial Massage, Sports Injury, Reflexology, Shiatsu, and Nutrition Science.
Throughout his career, Dong has supported a diverse range of clients, including those with chronic musculoskeletal pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and neurological or physical disabilities. His treatment style incorporates a variety of hands-on techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and advanced stretching methods including PNF and MET. His deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics ensures that every treatment is both safe and effective.
Dong has also worked closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals under the NDIS system, helping clients manage long-term conditions and improve their quality of life through collaborative care.
